How we work with you
01. Initial Consultation
Our process begins with an on-site conversation with one of our directors. We’ll seek information on:

your property (existing or planned build),
-
the people residing there,
-
technology products already in place; and
-
the extent of monitoring and control that you want
You’ll have the opportunity to raise any questions regarding our approach, what we deliver and see example implementations.

02. Specification and quote
We’ll provide an initial quote with 2 stages:

Detailed design phase
-
Delivery

03. Detailed Design
We’ll conduct a second consultation with yourself to enable development of a detailed plan and specification.
You will receive a detailed design for your solution including product itemisation, solution architecture, scoped number and type of automations and dashboards.
04. Delivery - Construction
During this phase we work with contractors and your builder (if during a renovation or build) to deploy required components.
We perform integration, configuration and testing of the components to ensure everything is working as planned.
05. Delivery - Dashboards & Automations
This key stage happens in two steps (1) prior to first use, and (2) after you’ve had some experience with the system and it’s capability.
This unique customer centric approach enables you to tailor the automation routines and user interface design once you really understand and know what will be best for you.
06. Handover
Finally, we perform a handover session where you’re provided with relevant handover material to either self-support and extend your solution, or to utilise our on-going or on-call support services.
